LOCATIONS

Classes are held across NSW and QLD. At the moment my main location of classes is below:

Yamba/Chatsworth areas (NSW)

Cornubia/Loganholme areas (QLD)

Kangaroo Point/East Brisbane areas (QLD)

I offer 1:1 classes online, in your home, or at a local park near you (NSW and QLD)

pricing (cash only)

Group Yoga classes range from $10-$15 dependent on the location

Pre and Post-Natal yoga classes are $20 per class

Under 8’s classes are $10 per class (parents must be in attendance) 

Yoga Nidra/Meditation classes $10 per class

Runners Yoga classes $15 per class

1:1 sessions start at $30 for 30 minutes and $50 for 60 minutes

1:1 Counselling (QLD only) $60 for 60 minutes 

FAQ

Do I need to make a booking?

No you can just rock up to any class. If any class needs bookings in the future I will update you on my social media.

I have an injury can I still attend your classes?

Yes just let me know the injury before class and cease any movement that brings on pain or discomfort.

How do you do Yoga with under 5’s?

It is a fun movement-based class to get them re-connected back to body, breath, and hopefully have some giggles.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, fully insured to work all over Australia in and out of a studio space. 

I don’t feel comfortable doing a class, do you offer 1:1 sessions?

Yes, please refer to class details for more information.

 

How often should I do Yoga?

Movement every day is a must, however one class per week plus 2 at-home sessions is a fantastic way to break up your week.

I have never done Yoga before can I come to any class?

Yes, all my classes are designed for all levels.

I am pregnant can I still come to classes?

Yes, but please let me know

 

Can men come to your classes?

Yes, men are welcome and encouraged to attend. Yoga is for everyone.

What do I need to bring?

Your mat, and anything else you may want (water, towel, blocks, etc).

What makes your classes different?

My classes focus on relaxation and connecting you back to your body and breath. While you will build some strength, my classes are not a workout for your body. They are a workout for your mind which will only benefit your body overall.

What happens if I don’t have cash on the day?

You can pay via PayID.
