My classes focus on reconnecting you back with the body and breath. I don’t offer adjustments unless you ask; instead, I provide a few variations for each pose. They are designed for all ages and abilities, catering to everyday humans. Yoga is for everyone, everybody, and every walk of life.

You don’t need to be flexible, thin, fit, or have stylish activewear to do yoga. All you need is you. I pride myself on facilitating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where we can laugh, fall over, make mistakes, connect, breathe, and help calm our nervous systems together. 
Trauma is often stored in the body as tension or emotional blockages, leading to symptoms like chronic pain or tightness.

Yoga provides a powerful way to release this stored trauma by promoting mindfulness and body awareness. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, yoga helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, fostering a sense of safety that allows for the release stored emotion or trauma.

This process not only aids in healing but also enhances overall well-being, helping individuals restore balance and reclaim their sense of self. As a trauma-informed therapist I make sure I guide my class safely through each class in order to not re traumatise of trigger an individual.

Hatha Yoga: A fabulous style for beginners, Hatha yoga is slower-paced, with poses held longer to focus on alignment and breath control. We take our time to reestablish before each pose, making it accessible for all abilities and ages.

Restorative Yoga: True to its name, Restorative yoga aims to nurture the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to restore inner balance. Poses are held for an extended period, focusing on deep breathing and relaxation.

Yin Yoga: This slow-moving class features extended holds that increase joint mobility and aid in fascial release. It encourages body awareness and is also very meditative.

Yoga Nidra: Often referred to as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique that combines mental imagery with Shavasana to promote complete mind and body relaxation.

Mum and Bub Yoga: These classes focus on poses that support postnatal recovery, helping mothers regain strength in a safe way. Babies are incorporated into some poses, fostering bonding and community connection.
Children’s Yoga: Designed to help kids with emotional regulation, self-love, and mindfulness, these classes emphasize alignment, fun, connection, and breathing awareness.
