I am a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor and counsellor, deeply passionate about supporting others on their journeys. 

I wholeheartedly believe that humour is the best medicine, and I love weaving it into my classes and sessions. After all, being human means embracing our quirks and having a little fun along the way.
